Appartamento Calla is a large two-storey apartment located just on the lakeside: you can enjoy an excellent lake view both from the living area on the upper floor and from the double bedroom on the ground floor.

It is located in the village of Tremezzo, in the center of Lake Como.
Within about 500 meters you can reach all the services you need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, pier).

You can choose whether to spend your holiday always exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, staying at the beach or at home!

The accommodation has a complete kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and electric kettle;

The living area, which together with the kitchen is located on the first floor, is very large and is divided into two areas: the dining area with a table for 4 people, and the living room with sofas and coffee table, from which you can admire a wonderful view on the lake.

Both bedrooms are located on the ground floor, so they will remain cool even during the hot summer days!

The double bedroom is very spacious and has a double bed, a wardrobe and a shower with mosaic covering inside. It also has a small balcony that overlooks the lake.

The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a large wardrobe

The house has two bathrooms: the one in the living area has sink, toilet, bidet and washing machine; while the one in the sleeping area also has a bathtub inside.

Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.

We do not have a private parking, but there are several free public car parks about 100 meters from the apartment.

We have introduced the self check-in, so you can arrive at the time you prefer and get in the apartment independently without any problems. the apartment will be available from 15.00. After booking will be explained to you the simple procedure for the online check-in and key collection, which you will find in a safe-deposit box next to the front door.

City tax: €3 per person over 12 years old per night up to 7 nights, not included in the price.
