Casa Renato is a two-bedroom apartment located in a raised hamlet of the town of Gravedona. It is just 1.5 km from the lake, and given its position it has a breathtaking panoramic view and is far from the chaos of the main road and the town centre.

To reach it you have to walk about 40 meters on a fairly steep road, nothing too strenuous but it could be a problem for people who have walking difficulties.

Despite being in a very quiet location, within just 2 km you can find all the services you will need during your holiday (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, pier).

The apartment has a balcony with a dining table that overlooks the lake with an exceptional view.

You can choose whether to spend your holiday always exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, enjoying the view from the balcony!

The accommodation has a kitchen complete with hob, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and kettle;

To complete the living area we find a sofa and a TV.

The bathroom has a shower with shower cubicle, sink with mirror, toilet and bidet.

Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.

There is a parking space reserved for you, to access it you have to go up a fairly steep hill, so if you have a very low car you might have difficulty.
