Casa Margherita is a first floor apartment in a raised position, just over the little town of Gravedona. It is just 2 km from the lake, and due to its position it has an excellent panoramic view and is far from the chaos of the main road and the town centre.

Despite being in a very quiet position, going down towards the lakeside, in just 2 km you can find all the services you will need during your holiday (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank, pier).

You can choose whether to spend your holiday always exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, staying in the garden or in the living room and enjoying the view!

The bedrooms are located at the back of the house, they never get direct sunlight and therefore even without having air conditioning they still remain cool even during the hot summer days.

The accommodation has a kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, American coffee machine and electric kettle;

To complete the living area we find a comfortable corner sofa and a TV.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a large wardrobe to store all your clothes.

The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe.

The bathroom is spacious and houses a shower with shower cubicle, sink with mirror, toilet and bidet.

Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.

Don't worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!

Just out of the door there is a private parking space reserved for you.
