Casa Fortuna is an apartment located on the second floor directly on the lakefront of Gravedona. From the entire living area and the balcony you can enjoy an unbeatable view of the gulf that welcomes the town of Gravedona.

Going down the stairs you will find yourself directly on the lakefront, and in less than 100 meters you can reach all the services you need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, newsagent).

You can choose whether to live your holiday always on the go to discover every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, staying on the terrace enjoying the breeze brought by the lake and the view!

The accommodation, completely renovated, has a kitchen complete with induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, espresso and American coffee machines, toaster, electric kettle, and air fryer;

To complete the living area we find a sofa bed and a smart TV.

The master bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe where you can store all your clothes.

The second bedroom has two single beds.

The bathroom has a shower with shower cubicle, toilet, bidet and sink;

Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary bed linen and towels for the bathroom.

At your disposal there is also a private room where you can leave your bicycles or your beach items.

Each room in the house has electric shutters on the windows.

Don't worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!
