This property is managed by Larihome in the name and on behalf of the owner, Antognini Paola, by virtue of a mandate with representation.

Casa Paola is a large duplex apartment with terrace in Domaso. It is located in a very convenient position to reach all the services, and you just need to cross the road to find yourself directly on the lakeside. Furthermore, the upper floor and the balconies allow you to enjoy a beautiful view of the lake!

In less than 500 meters you can reach all the services you need (supermarket, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank).

The terrace accessible from the living room is very large and is equipped with a table and chairs: it will be the part you will enjoy the most of this house for aperitifs and dinners!

You can choose whether to spend your holiday always out and about to discover every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or to alternate it with days of complete relax, lounging on the terrace!

The accommodation has a complete kitchen with hob, oven, refrigerator and dishwasher; also coming out of the kitchen you will find another small balcony, ideal for breakfast or a good coffee!

In the living room we find a sofa bed and a smart TV.

The bedrooms are located on the upper floor, reached by a flight of stairs. The main one has a double bed, two bedside tables and a large wardrobe, while the second has two single beds and a wardrobe.

There are two bathrooms in this house: the one on the second floor serving the bedrooms has a shower, sink, toilet and bidet; while the main one on the first floor is larger and is also complete of shower, sink, toilet and bidet.

Under the house there is a garage large enough for two cars, you can also use it to store bicycles or equipment for your favorite sports!

Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.

Don't worry if you run out of clothes or spill something on your favorite shirt. We have a washing machine ready to solve the problem!
